Flexibility

Question of the Day:

My husband has been wanting to try some new positions, but I’m not sure how comfortable this is going to be. What can I do to get ready for the awkward positions we see in the Kama Sutra?

Angel’s Point of View:

My first and overwhelming answer here is yoga. Yoga strengthens your muscles as well as improving flexibility. If you are not the yoga type there are other options.

First, take it slow. Start with the easy positions and work your way through the book. Find some sex toys and go to the furniture section of the toy store. There are pillows and furniture specifically designed for getting you into these strange positions.

Do something new til you are comfortable with it, then move on to the next skill level.
